Supertech Associates is a group company of KIPRO GROUP. Supertech Associates was started by a team of individuals, that have over decades of experience in the construction industry. Company Director
The Director and Founder of Supertech Associates, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey, is a Civil Engineer by profession, who has a rich and diverse experience, from working at various corporate companies, that include contracting and consulting. He is adept at providing technical, as well as managerial guidance to teams, to ensure complete client satisfaction, in order to fulfill their expectations.
He leads teams towards success by empowering them at every level, by working in a manner that encourages creativity, openness, team work and trust.
He strongly believes in providing extensive opportunities for growth and personal development of all employees, by extending a challenging work environment and creating interesting, motivating assignments, that bring about a sense of professional fulfillment to everyone.
Services
We provide, ‘Project Management Consultancy Services’ that include building the entire work, based on the client/consultant approved designs and drawings. We also oversee the commissioning of all systems and ultimately hand over the project with all the requisites, like – ‘As built drawings’, ‘Operations manual’ and ‘Warranties of equipment installed’.

Pre-construction Stage
We provide Pre-Construction Services that include, preparation of the project execution plan, reviewing of design documents, preparation of tender documents, and all the services for the appointment of contractors.
Construction Stage
In the construction phase, we analyze the client’s project related requirements, in terms of functionality, cost, time, quality and safety. We also look into the development of the project control systems for implementation, logistics plan as per the site constraints and limitations as per the master schedule. This stage also includes the review of the project communication & reporting system, in consultation and with the approval of the client.
Post construction Stage
Post Construction, we collect and integrate the various ‘O&M manual guarantees’ and ‘As built drawings’ from the suppliers, vendors, and contractors, which will then be prepared or validated/amended by the architect or the consultant. Following this, we conduct the handing over of areas and systems in the smoothest possible manner, to the various operation teams of the vendors and suppliers. Preparation of the ‘project close-out report’ and the ‘lesson-learned report’ at the end of each phase is later submitted to the client for their approval.
